Job Role: Call Centre Executive – Customer Support

Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and customers.
- Assist patients with appointment bookings, rescheduling, and general queries.
- Provide accurate information about diagnostic services, procedures, and facilities.
- Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Work effectively in a healthcare customer support environment.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Education: 10+2 / Any Graduate.
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with previous experience in Call Centre / Customer Support are preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.




- Patient and professional approach.

Language Requirements
- Telugu or Bengali.
- Hindi.
- English.

Salary
- Freshers: ₹16,000–₹18,000 per month.
- 1+ Year Experience: ₹20,000 per month.
- 2+ Years Experience: ₹22,000 per month.
