Job Summary:

The Operations Executive will be the linchpin of our daily operations, ensuring seamless execution across content creation, client servicing, financial administration, and team management. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and flexible individual capable of managing diverse responsibilities, maintaining high quality standards,



and acting as a crucial communication link between the founders, the team, and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shoot & Content Logistics
- Manage all photo/video shoot scheduling, coordination, and resource allocation.
- Oversee on-site production management, quality control, and adherence to timelines.
- Handle dynamic schedule adjustments and communicate changes immediately to all crew.
- Develop detailed shoot itineraries and provide transparent logistical instructions to the team.

2. Social Media & Creative Operations
- Develop and manage the comprehensive social media content calendar.
- Support content creation by curating visuals and crafting engaging captions.
- Execute optimal posting strategies using scheduling tools for maximum reach.

3. Financial & Administrative Management
- Maintain meticulous records for project expenses, billable hours, and client agreements.
