Job Description: International Marketing Executive / Specialist
Position Summary
The International Marketing Executive / Specialist will support planning and execution of end-to-end marketing execution for assigned international business markets within the orthopaedics and medical technology portfolio. The role focuses on product promotion, launch readiness, scientific engagement, digital marketing, customer education, market development, and cross-functional coordination to strengthen brand visibility and support business growth across multiple geographies.

Role Objective
This role is designed to translate marketing strategy into effective field and regional execution by supporting product campaigns, conferences, educational initiatives, sales enablement, and stakeholder engagement. It also supports market expansion, customer adoption, product communication, and disciplined reporting in alignment with business, compliance, and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Execution and Market Development
- Execute product promotion plans and marketing activities for assigned international business markets.
- Support market development initiatives to improve product visibility, customer engagement, and therapy adoption.
- Adapt marketing inputs, collateral, and brand messages for different market requirements while maintaining central brand consistency.
- Support expansion into new accounts, new therapy areas, and new business opportunities through structured marketing initiatives.
2. Product Campaigns and Launch Support
- Support current product launch planning, launch readiness, and post-launch execution tracking.
- Assist in development of product positioning, key messages, value propositions, and promotional tools.
- Coordinate launch materials, clinical messaging, and campaign elements with internal stakeholders.
- Track product uptake, market response, and feedback to support ongoing campaign optimization.
