BestlaTech is looking for a
Business Development & Growth Intern
who is curious, confident and ready to learn. You don't need previous sales experience. We care more about how you communicate, how well you research, and whether you're willing to take initiative.

What you'll be doing
- Finding companies that could benefit from BestlaTech's technology services
- Researching startups, companies, industries and decision makers
- Finding founders, CEOs, CTOs and other relevant people on LinkedIn
- Building and managing prospect lists
- Supporting LinkedIn and email outreach
- Writing straightforward, personalized messages that sound human
- Starting conversations with potential clients
- Following up and keeping track of prospects
- Spotting companies that are hiring, launching products, expanding or investing in technology
- Researching competitors and new market opportunities
- Sharing ideas to improve our outreach and lead generation
- Supporting networking and technology events when required

Who we're looking for

You could be a great fit if you:
- Are pursuing or recently completed an




MBA, BBA, B.Com, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Marketing or a related degree
- Are interested in startups, technology, AI, sales or business growth
- Are comfortable using LinkedIn and doing online research
- Can communicate confidently in English
- Are comfortable starting conversations with new people
- Can write naturally and professionally
- Are curious and willing to learn
- Take ownership instead of waiting to be told every little thing
- Can handle rejection and keep going

Sales experience is a plus, but it's not required.
