Key Responsibilities Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, website and other channels Check orders, verify stock availability, pick and pack products accurately Generate invoices, shipping labels and ensure timely dispatch with courier partners Maintain accurate inventory records and update inward/outward stock movement Reconcile physical stock with system and conduct regular stock checks Monitor low stock and ensure proper SKU-wise organization and storage Handle returns, RTO and exchanges; inspect returned products and update records Identify damaged/missing items and report discrepancies Coordinate daily pickups, track shipments and resolve logistics issues Maintain dispatch reports, order logs and inventory MIS in Excel/Google Sheets Keep warehouse clean, organized and ensure proper labeling and storage Assist in stock receiving,



audits and overall smooth warehouse operations Requirements 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, e-commerce operations, order processing, inventory or dispatch . Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets . Comfortable using computers and e-commerce/order management platforms. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle physical warehouse activities including picking, packing and stock handling. Valuable organizational and coordination skills. Responsible, punctual and reliable. Prior experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Shiprocket or similar platforms will be an advantage.
