Job Role: Telecaller

Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients interested in overseas education and immigration services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about study programs, universities, admission procedures, and visa processes.
- Understand client requirements, educational background, and preferences.
- Counsel students and clients on suitable study abroad options based on their profiles.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
- Convert qualified leads into applications and achieve assigned conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and timely client support.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, follow-ups, and application progress in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle client objections and queries professionally.




- Provide regular updates to clients throughout the counselling and application process.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach while meeting business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Tele-sales Executive, or Overseas Education Counselor.
- Prior experience in overseas education or immigration consultancy is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and conversion targets.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
