Job Role: GST Manager

Job Description
- Oversee all client-related GST activities, including registration, refunds, return filing, portal monitoring, and coordination with tax authorities.
- Lead the GST operations team and ensure accurate and timely execution of compliance activities.
- Ensure adherence to statutory timelines and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Take proactive measures to track compliance requirements, pending cases, refunds, and upcoming deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Client GST Management:
- Manage GST registration, refund applications, and return filing on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Oversee GST LUT (Letter of Undertaking) filing and renewals.
- Generate e-way bills as per client requirements.
- Handle PAN applications, including new applications and corrections.




- Conduct daily verification of client GST portals to identify compliance requirements and take timely action.
- Supervise GST payment certificate worksheets and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
- Follow up with clients and suppliers to collect required documents and obtain necessary clarifications.

Internal & Team Coordination
- Lead the GST operations team and guide team members on accurate filings and best practices.
- Maintain and update internal trackers, reports, and client dashboards.
- Coordinate with management and DGFT teams for cross-functional compliance cases.
- Provide periodic reports to management covering pending cases, refunds, and upcoming deadlines.
- Regularly update clients regarding refund and filing status.

Compliance & Quality
- Ensure zero-error returns and documentation.
- Maintain 100% statutory compliance with applicable GST laws, rules, and notifications.
- Liaise with tax authorities and represent clients during GST audits and notice-related matters.
