About the Role

Trianz is seeking an experienced and passionate Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across engineering teams building Concierto Manage,



our multi-tenant AIOps and cloud management platform.

As a Scrum Master, you will serve as a servant leader, enabling high-performing Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing delivery impediments, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, DevOps, QA teams, and key stakeholders to ensure predictable, high-quality software delivery aligned with product roadmap objectives.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine deep Agile expertise with solid leadership, communication, and coaching skills, while maintaining a relentless focus on team effectiveness and customer value delivery.
