About the Role

Manage Beauty Advisor Business P&L; with robust commercial acumen and accountability.

Responsibilities
Train and manage Beauty Advisor Supervisors & Beauty Advisors (BAs)
Effectively communicate product features and benefits
Handled General Trade (GT) & Up-to-date Trade (MT) channels
Drive and execute: BA store activations & promotional campaigns

Qualifications
Relevant experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare




Exposure to GT & MT channel with team management (Minimum - 4 to 5 Relevant Experience)
