? We're Hiring | Registration Planner

Our client is looking for a Planner, Registration to support the end-to-end registration experience for attendees across 10+ international conferences annually.

You’ll work across registration technology, event operations, vendors, data, and stakeholder management, helping deliver a seamless attendee experience from pre-event setup through onsite execution.

? Gurgaon | Hybrid – 2 days/week in office, including Wednesday

? Contract: Possibility of extension

? Experience: 2–5 years

Requirements:

- 2–5 years’ experience in event management, registration, or project management.
- Experience with Cvent, RainFocus, or similar event technology is preferred.
- Strong project management, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Robust Excel/MS Office skills; Smartsheet/G Suite experience is a plus.
- Comfortable working with vendors, cross-functional teams, and international stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences.
- Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:

- Set up,



test, and maintain registration sites and support registration technology.
- Coordinate registration projects, timelines, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse registration data and identify opportunities to improve the attendee experience.
- Support onsite registration and resolve operational queries/escalations.
- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, invoices, and cost optimisation.
- Prepare pre- and post-conference reviews and support continuous process improvement.
