Job Role: Picker / Packer – Blinkit Dark Store

Key Responsibilities

- Work as a Picker & Packer inside a Blinkit Dark Store.

- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.

- Pack orders properly and prepare them for dispatch.

- Manage day-to-day dark store operations.

- Perform putaway activities and arrange products in designated locations.

- Conduct item audits and verify stock and product details.

- Assist with loading and unloading of goods.

- Ensure smooth and timely order processing.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.

- Follow safety and operational procedures.

- Complete assigned daily picking, packing, and store operation targets.

- Attend training provided after joining.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000, depending on location.

- Joining Bonus: Up to ₹5,000.

- Performance Bonus: Up to ₹3,000.
