Role Description The Physiotherapist Delhi 1 role at PhysioPlus is a temporary, hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with a mix of on-site clinic work and some work-from-home responsibilities. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, and documenting clinical findings in digital systems. The role involves coordinating with senior physiotherapists, hospitals, and partner clinics,



as well as educating patients and caregivers on exercise programs, posture, and rehabilitation timelines.

The physiotherapist will use PhysioPlus tools for appointment scheduling, patient records, and follow-up management, while contributing to a standardized, high-quality care experience.

Qualifications

- Clinical physiotherapy expertise, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and hands-on rehabilitation skills.
- Knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, and familiarity with evidence-based physiotherapy protocols.
- Ability to use digital clinic management tools for documentation, appointment scheduling, and patient record maintenance.
- Solid communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse patient groups and multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT); MPT or relevant specialization is an advantage.
- Valid registration with appropriate professional or regulatory bodies, as required in India.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Delhi and adapt to structured SOPs, mentorship, and ongoing training.
- Prior experience in clinical physiotherapy, hospital-based rehab, or outpatient practice is preferred.
