Phonics, Public Speaking & English Trainer | OnlineEligibility

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience , preferably in online Phonics training.
- Certified Phonics Teacher with strong knowledge of Jolly Phonics .
- Strong understanding of Basic to Advanced Phonics .
- Excellent command of spoken and written English with accurate grammar — mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of English Grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, and communication skills .
- Ability to teach Public Speaking and Spoken English confidently.
- Comfortable teaching both individual and small-group classes .
- Tech-savvy and independently confident with Google Meet, screen sharing, presentations, and online teaching tools.
- Available for afternoon and evening batches .
- Punctual, consistent, patient, and professional.

What We’re Looking For :



We need a trainer who can teach beyond the provided content . While lesson materials will be provided, you should be able to customise and adapt them according to each child's age, cognitive level, learning pace, and understanding .

We value trainers who can identify a child's learning gaps, modify activities accordingly, and make classes interactive, engaging, and effective .

Most importantly, we are looking for someone with robust English proficiency, deep subject knowledge, teaching confidence, and the ability to conduct classes independently without continuous support.
