Job Title : Sitting Phlebotomist Location : Delhi Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹17,000 per month Shift Details : 12-hour shifts Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Sitting Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Delhi. In this role, you will be permanently stationed at a specific clinic or collection centre to collect blood samples from patients. This is a non-field role, making it ideal for candidates looking for a stable, stationary desk/lab job.

Freshers who have recently completed their technical education are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities Greet patients and verify their identities prior to sample collection. Explain the blood drawing procedure clearly to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation. Perform venipuncture and finger pricks safely and efficiently to draw blood samples.

Label all collected vials and specimens accurately with patient details immediately after collection. Maintain a highly clean, hygienic,



and organized workstation in compliance with medical standards. Follow strict safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and proper biohazard waste disposal.

Package and log samples correctly for transfer to the processing laboratory. Manage patient flow efficiently across the 12-hour operational shift.

Requirements and Qualifications Education: Must have successfully completed a Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).

Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship or experience is a plus.

Shift Flexibility: Ability to comfortably work a full 12-hour shift roster.

Competencies: Solid vein identification skills and a gentle touch for blood extraction.
