Job Role

- Loan Executive

Sales & Lead Generation:

- Generate leads for personal loans through outbound calling and other sales activities.

- Contact potential customers and understand their loan requirements.

- Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, features, and benefits.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.

- Maintain regular communication with leads throughout the sales process.

Customer Handling

- Handle customer queries related to personal loans.

- Provide accurate information about loan products and application procedures.

- Build professional relationships with customers.

- Assist customers with the loan application process.

Loan Sales & Conversion

- Promote and sell personal loan products to eligible customers.

- Achieve assigned sales and loan disbursement targets.

- Follow up with customers to complete pending documentation.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to support smooth loan processing.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.





Telecalling

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

- Conduct sales conversations professionally and confidently.

- Handle customer objections and provide suitable information.

- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion.

- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
