Experience: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure proper material handling.
Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock counting and reconciliation.
Ensure proper stacking, storage and identification of materials.
Allocate work to warehouse staff and monitor daily productivity.
Coordinate with transport, operations and other internal teams for timely dispatches.
Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material movement.
Monitor warehouse housekeeping, safety and security standards.
Identify stock discrepancies, damages or operational issues and report them to management.




Prepare daily warehouse reports and maintain required operational records.
Follow company SOPs, quality standards and warehouse processes.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
Positive understanding of inventory management and stock handling.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and warehouse documentation.
Team handling and manpower coordination skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse workplace.
Knowledge of WMS/ERP will be an added advantage.
Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
