Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: Calicut
Qualification: Graduate in any stream; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
Experience: 7–12 Years in Field Sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
Industry: FMCG / Consumer Durables / Dealer-Distributor Intensive Sectors
CTC: 8–12 Lakhs per annum, depending on candidate profile Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales plans for the North Kerala region.
Appoint and develop current distributors/RDS in untapped markets .
Lead and supervise SSEs, conduct training, joint market visits and performance reviews.
Monitor competitor activities and recommend suitable pricing, schemes, and market strategies.




Drive secondary sales and ensure effective stock movement from distributors to wholesale, retail, and supermarket counters.
Identify prospects to increase market share and strengthen the company’s presence across the region.
Manage distributor relationships and ensure achievement of sales and distribution targets.
Analyze sales data, forecasting, expenses, and market performance to drive business decisions.
Ensure effective execution of sales strategies and achievement of regional targets.
Robust regional knowledge of North Kerala and local market dynamics.
