Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Manager Manage all restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial performance.
Restaurant Manager Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
Develop and implement policies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory and oversee procurement.
Restaurant Manager Train and evaluate staff performance.
Handle customer complaints and ensure a high standard of service.
Work on marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales.
Report to the higher management with performance updates.
Restaurant Manager Solid leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
