Tender Executive
Real Forge & Fitting (RFF) – Vadodara, Gujarat
We are looking for a Tender Executive to handle tender-related work and documentation.
Responsibilities:
Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM and other portals.
Study tender documents, BOQs, specifications and eligibility requirements.
Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Accounts and Technical teams.
Maintain tender records, quotations and submission documents.
Handle EMD, PBG, compliance documents and other tender requirements.
Follow up on tender status and results.
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in tendering/procurement will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and skill set.
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹10,029.55 - ₹15,000.00 per month
