Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Full time Faculty / Product Manager for our ACCA program. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and ensuring student success while actively participating in product development and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching and Lecturing:
Deliver engaging and comprehensive ACCA lectures on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Develop and update curriculum materials, including lecture notes, presentations, and assessments.
Provide academic support and mentorship to students to ensure their success and progression.
Student Success:
Monitor and assess student performance, providing feedback and guidance.
Organize and conduct extra sessions, workshops, and tutoring as needed.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Product Development:
Collaborate with the product development team to design and enhance the ACCA training program.
Contribute to the development of study materials,



online resources, and other educational tools.
Strategic Planning:
Participate in strategic planning sessions to shape the direction of the ACCA program.
Analyze market trends and student needs to inform program improvements.
Assist in setting goals and objectives for the ACCA program's growth and success.

Qualifications
ACCA affiliate or fellow member .
Proven experience in teaching ACCA or related subjects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for student success and educational excellence.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Preferred Skills
Experience with online teaching platforms and educational technologies.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in accounting education.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
