Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project requirements
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and project managers
Monitor site progress and prepare daily reports
Ensure proper use of materials and equipment
Maintain quality and safety standards at the site
Resolve technical and operational issues at the site
Check measurements and maintain site records
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in construction/site supervision preferred
Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices
Ability to read drawings and technical documents
Valuable communication and coordination skills
