Key Responsibilities
Take complete responsibility for materials received, stored, and issued at the project site.
Maintain accurate stock records for all construction materials.
Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for critical materials.
Conduct daily monitoring of high-value and quick-moving materials.
Prevent unauthorized movement of materials from the site.
Receive materials against approved Purchase Orders (PO).
Verify quantity, specifications, make, condition, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with Site Engineers for technical verification wherever required.
Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) promptly.
Immediately report shortages, excess quantities, damages, or specification mismatches.




Ensure rejected materials are properly segregated and returned to vendors.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in Stores / Inventory Management.
Prior experience in a real estate developer or construction company is strongly preferred.
Candidate should have independently handled a construction project store.
Practical experience with construction materials is essential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
