Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Executive with 2–3 years of experience in prospect research, multi-channel outreach, and lead qualification. The role involves using email, LinkedIn, calls, and AI tools to generate and qualify leads, maintain lead databases, and support the sales team in achieving business targets

Responsibilities
Execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, and AI-enabled outreach).
Draft qualified and persuasive business communication for outreach.
Use AI tools to scale and optimize outreach campaigns.
Research potential prospects and maintain updated lead databases.
Perform due diligence using BANT analysis (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
Qualify leads before passing them to sales or BDMs for follow-up.




Track and report outreach activities and conversion metrics.
Learn and adapt to recent tools, processes, and sales strategies quickly.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Aptitude for learning new technologies and outreach methods.
Ability to work under pressure and meet lead generation targets.
Analytical mindset to assess and qualify prospects effectively.
Willingness to work in a structured, goal-driven workplace.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
Knowledge of prospect research and lead qualification.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
