Role: Management Trainee (Founder's Office)
Responsibilities:
Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, priorities and follow-ups.
Drive special projects across Finance, AI, Business, Operations and Marketing.
Conduct research, analyse data and prepare presentations/reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
Track projects, action items and deadlines from start to finish.
Support the Founder with strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
Identify prospects to improve processes using AI and technology.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks and ensure things get done efficiently.
Qualifications:
Highest Educational Qualification: Only Bachelors
Freshers looking for entry level roles
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
