Experience: - 3 – 4 years in MEP site execution, preferably in real estate/construction projects
Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical)
Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day MEP site activities as per approved drawings and specifications
Supervise contractors/labour and ensure work progresses as per schedule and quality norms
Maintain site records, material reconciliation and daily progress reports
Coordinate with the Senior Engineer (MEP) and other site teams for smooth execution
Ensure compliance with safety protocols at the site
Assist in inspection, testing and commissioning of MEP systems
Key Skills
Working knowledge of MEP drawings, site coordination, and hands-on execution ability
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
