Job Summary

Treewards Foundation is looking for a Plantation Project Manager to lead and manage tree plantation and environmental projects across Korba, Bilaspur and Raipur.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute tree plantation activities as per project targets.
Manage plantation sites, saplings, manpower, and contractors.
Supervise plantation, watering, maintenance, and replacement activities.
Monitor plant survival rate and plantation quality.
Coordinate with NGOs, local communities, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Maintain plantation records, photographs, and site-wise data.




Prepare regular project progress reports.
Ensure project timelines, quality, safety, and budget are maintained.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of plantation/horticulture practices.
Robust field and team management skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.
MS Excel/Word knowledge.
Willingness to travel between Korba, Bilaspur and Raipur project locations.

Preferred: Experience in large-scale plantation, CSR, afforestation, industrial green-belt, or environmental projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
