Job Summary

The Business Development Officer / Business Development Executive / Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the organization’s services, generating leads, and supporting marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth. The role involves planning marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining solid relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Activities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Promote the company’s courses/services through online and offline marketing.
Conduct market research to identify current prospects.
Lead Generation
Generate leads through events and field marketing.
Follow up with potential students and provide information about courses or programs.
Branding & Promotion
Support brand promotion through advertisements, and campaigns.
Coordinate with the design and digital marketing teams for promotional materials.
Relationship Management




Build and maintain relationships with Students, and educational institutions for lead generation.
Participate in seminars, exhibitions, and marketing events.
Reporting
Maintain records of leads, marketing activities, and campaign results.
Prepare marketing reports and submit them to BDM.

Knowledge of social media marketing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1–5 years of experience in marketing or sales (preferred)

Salary: 15 K to 25 K (+ Incentive )
