Job Description:
Configure and support NAC solutions (e.g.Forescout NAC)
Troubleshoot network access issues related to 802.1 X, MAB and authentication failures.
Monitor authentication logs and resolve incidents / tickets (L1 support)
Implement & maintain access control policies for users and devices.
Manage endpoint onboaridng (Corporate devices, BYOD, guest access)
Perform posture checks and ensure device compliance (antivirus, patches)
Work with networking teams to resolve VLAN, DHCP or connectivity issues.
Maintain documentation and provide support reports.
Skills Required:
CISCO ISE, ForeScout, FortiNAC
TCP/IP, OSI Model
VLANs, Subnetting
DHCP, DNS, ARP, Radius / TACACS+
NAC
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc.(IT)
