Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Lead / Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and manage scalable data platforms and pipelines. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in data engineering, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), ETL processes, and team leadership, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
Build scalable data solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, PySpark, or similar tools
Architect and manage data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse solutions
Handle real-time and batch data ingestion using tools like Kafka or APIs




Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions
Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers
Collaborate with BI teams for reporting tools like Power BI/Tableau
Manage cloud-based data infrastructure and data migration projects
Implement best practices in data modeling, security, and scalability

Pay: ₹1,072,253.66 - ₹1,568,409.32 per year
