Safety Enforcement: Ensures the team adheres to all workplace safety guidelines, checks equipment for malfunctions, and guarantees workers have the correct safety gear.
Team Leadership: Conducts training for recent hires, mentors existing employees, tracks attendance, and handles performance evaluations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,151.30 per month
