Key Responsibilities
Operate sliding head/CNC sliding machines as per production requirements.
Load raw materials and monitor machining operations.
Perform in-process inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Ensure components meet dimensional and quality specifications.
Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to supervisors.
Change tools and offsets as instructed.
Maintain production records and machine logs.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety standards.
Assist in preventive maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications
ITI (Turner/Machinist/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Fresher can also apply
1–3 years of experience operating Sliding Head Machines / Swiss CNC Machines.
Ability to read engineering drawings and process sheets.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection methods.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
