Front Office Executive
We are seeking a professional and well-presented Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and serve as the first point of contact at MAIJO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments. Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a customer-friendly attitude are essential. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask and maintain a welcoming and organized front office workplace.
