We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Taxation Executive to manage and ensure compliance with Indian tax laws, including direct and indirect taxation. The role involves handling GST, Income Tax, TDS, audits, and regulatory filings while supporting strategic tax planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Taxation
Prepare and file Income Tax returns for the organization in compliance with the Income Tax Act, 1961
Manage TDS/TCS compliance including calculation, deduction, payment, and return filing (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.)
Handle advance tax computations and tax provisioning
Assist in tax assessments, scrutiny, and litigation matters
Indirect Taxation (GST)
Ensure compliance with Goods and Services Tax regulations
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns)
Reconcile input tax credit (ITC) and ensure accurate utilization
Manage GST audits and departmental notices
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain statutory records and ensure timely compliance with tax deadlines
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits
Prepare tax reports, reconciliations, and MIS for management review
Advisory & Planning




Support tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities
Monitor updates in tax laws and assess impact on business operations
Provide guidance to internal teams on tax implications of transactions

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com); CA/Inter CA preferred
2–5+ years of experience in taxation (corporate or CA firm)
Solid knowledge of Indian tax laws and compliance procedures
Proficiency in accounting tools like Tally, SAP, or similar ERP systems
Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Experience
Experience in handling multi-state GST compliance
Exposure to tax audits and litigation support
Familiarity with e-invoicing and e-way bill systems

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
