Job Summary

The Hostel Warden is responsible for the overall management, safety, discipline, and well-being of students residing in the hostel. The role involves ensuring a secure, hygienic, and supportive living setting while maintaining hostel rules and coordinating with school administration, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel.
Ensure the safety, security, and welfare of all hostel residents.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to hostel rules and regulations.
Monitor students' attendance, daily routine, study hours, and overall conduct.
Address students' concerns and provide guidance and emotional support when required.
Coordinate with parents regarding students' well-being and any disciplinary or health-related issues.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.




Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, kitchen, and security staff for smooth hostel operations.
Maintain hostel records, including occupancy, attendance, visitor logs, leave records, and incident reports.
Handle emergencies promptly and coordinate with medical authorities or school administration when necessary.
Organize recreational, cultural, and wellness activities for hostel students.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies and safety standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
Prior experience as a Hostel Warden, Residential Supervisor, or in hostel/boarding school administration is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining records and reports.

Experience
3–5 years of relevant experience in hostel management or student residential services.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
