Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Generate leads and help achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer details.
Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
Requirements
Positive communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Sales/telecalling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
