Full job description

Job Summary:

A Site Engineer is responsible for site survey, calculating capacity and BOM for a solar plant. In the site execution stage, plant installation and material dispatch supervision are key Roles and Responsibility.

Key Qualifications:

Education: B.E./B. Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Experience: Fresher with knowledge of Electrical equipment and solar plant OR Experience 2 years or more. Previous experience in solar energy projects is a robust advantage.

Preferred Skills: As below
Knowledge of fundamental electrical principles: Voltage, current, power calculations, AC/DC systems
Knowledge of solar industry uses and processes
Knowledge of system sizing, configuration and optimal panel arrangements
Knowledge of component selection like appropriate modules, inverters, mounting systems, and balance-of-system equipment
Knowledge of Maximizing energy yield through proper orientation, tilt angles,



and shading analysis
Strong Technical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively with proper recording and reporting of daily activities and providing update on status of work.

Other requirements: Ownership of bike and willingness to travel is a must

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
