Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts & Logistics teams.
Process quotations, orders, invoices, and customer records.
Track order dispatch and delivery.
Handle customer queries and follow-ups.
Follow up for pending payments.
Maintain reports and customer portal data.
