Job Overview

Bungees Marketing is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and billing operations from our office.

The candidate will be responsible for billing, purchase and sales entries, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, customer/vendor accounts, GST-related records, and general accounting work.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue sales bills/invoices
Handle purchase entries and purchase invoices
Maintain sales entries and sales records
Prepare and process Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN)
Maintain customer and supplier ledgers
Track payments, receipts, outstanding amounts, and balances
Verify invoices and accounting documents
Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records
Perform customer and vendor account reconciliation
Maintain expense and payment records
Assist with GST-related entries and documentation
Maintain proper records for audit and compliance
Prepare basic accounting reports as required
Coordinate with customers, suppliers,



and internal teams regarding accounts and billing
Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and up to date

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of billing, purchase, sales, CN/DN, and daily accounting
Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime or similar accounting software
Basic to good knowledge of GST
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities

Experience

1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.

Candidates with practical knowledge of Tally, billing, purchase/sales entries, and GST may also be considered.

Work Location

On-Site / Office-Based — Bungees Marketing

This is not a work-from-home or remote position. The selected candidate will be required to work from the company office on a regular basis.
