We are hiring MBA (Human Resources) Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR internship experience for an exciting opportunity in End-to-End Recruitment.

Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: Freshers / Up to 6 Months HR Internship Experience
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Understanding client hiring requirements and job descriptions.
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and qualified networks.
Screening and shortlisting candidate profiles.
Conducting initial telephonic interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.
Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate databases.




Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
