Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Spray Painter (or as per requirement).
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
Qualifications
Minimum 8th Pass / 10th Pass preferred.
Certification or training in industrial/automotive painting is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.
Operate spray-painting equipment safely and efficiently.
Apply paint, coatings, and finishes according to specifications.
Ensure uniform coating quality and proper color matching.
Inspect finished work for defects and perform touch-ups when required.
Maintain painting equipment and work area cleanliness.
Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
Required Skills
Knowledge of spray-painting techniques and equipment.
Understanding of paint mixing, coating thickness, and finishing standards.
Ability to identify and correct painting defects.
Attention to detail and quality control.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
