Shift Operations Management
Supervise inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Monitor loading/unloading, storage, and dispatch processes.
Ensure adherence to shift schedules and timely completion of tasks.
Team Supervision
Lead and guide warehouse staff, drivers, and helpers during the shift.
Allocate manpower effectively to meet operational requirements.
Conduct shift briefings and resolve on-ground issues.
Inventory & Documentation
Verify stock movement against records.
Maintain accurate shift-wise reports (dispatch, receipts, damages, returns).
Ensure proper documentation for compliance and audits.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory norms, and customer requirements.
Report incidents, accidents, or near misses promptly.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal departments.
Provide real-time updates to management on shift performance.
Escalate operational bottlenecks for timely resolution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
