Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement: Lead talks with local residents and groups to share project plans.
Issue Resolution: Listen to local worries about the building work and help fix problems fast.
Institutional Links: Work with local government offices, partner groups, and leaders.
Local Training: Teach community members how to use and care for new public structures.
Reporting: Write explicit updates on how the project affects the local area.
Job Requirements & Skills
Education: Degree in social science/ rural development
Experience: 10 years working with public groups or building projects.
Skills: Solid talking, listening, and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
