Position: Store Manager
Department: Retail Sales (baby shop)
Reports To: Head Office

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily work of the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.
Guide the team to improve sales conversion and Average Bill Value (ABV).
Promote membership sign-ups and Google reviews.
Check product availability and coordinate stock replenishment.
Ensure proper product display and store cleanliness.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Prepare daily sales and performance reports.

Requirements
3–6 years of retail sales experience (Baby, Fashion, or FMCG preferred).
Minimum 2 year of team handling experience.
Valuable communication and leadership skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
Basic knowledge of billing systems and MS Excel.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
