We are looking for a Business Development Manager with prior agency experience who understands digital services and can actively contribute to client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients through, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Pitch IVORY’s services including social media marketing, performance ads, branding, and content solutions.
Understand client requirements and suggest relevant digital marketing solutions.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth onboarding of clients.




Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Skills & Requirements
1–3 years of experience in business development within a digital marketing/advertising agency (mandatory).
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, branding, etc.).
Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with cold calling and lead generation.
Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to understand client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
