Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Dispatch & Operations Coordinator to efficiently manage trucking operations and ensure smooth load execution.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and assign loads to drivers
Coordinate pickups and deliveries
Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers
Negotiate freight rates when required
Track shipments to ensure on-time performance
Resolve operational issues promptly
Maintain load and operational records
Ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
Professional email writing skills
Solid problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure
Prior logistics experience (preferred)
Availability for day/night shifts
Positive knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
