DICS Innovatives, Pitampura is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3+ years of experience in admission counselling, education sales, lead conversion, or a similar role and be confident in handling students/parents and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads and student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and other channels.
Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, fees, batches and career opportunities.
Follow up regularly with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and admission status.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Handle walk-in counselling and campus visits professionally.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth admission processes.
Generate and maintain a healthy admission pipeline.
Follow up with old and pending leads for conversion.
Provide regular reports on leads, follow-ups and conversions to management.

Requirements




2–3+ years of experience in Admission Counselling / Education Sales / Inside Sales.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Robust sales and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve monthly goals.
Positive knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Experience in the education/training industry will be preferred.
Candidates with strong knowledge of professional/IT courses will have an advantage.
