We’re looking for an experienced Pharmacy ‑ Incharge for driving pharmacy sales and achieving business targets through effective customer engagement and sales strategies. The role includes promoting pharmacy products, building and maintaining robust customer relationships, and ensuring high sales conversion. The candidate will monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Pharmacy Team Lead / Multi-Store Manager role
Handling pharmacy sales and business growth.
Robust understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory, and compliance
Good communication and leadership skills
Field-ready mindset
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
