We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Outbound Customer Success Executive to manage customer queries, ensure a seamless customer experience, and build long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of customer handling.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely and qualified manner
Assist customers with product-related information, orders, payments, and delivery queries
Resolve customer complaints effectively while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, category, operations) to resolve issues
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
