We are looking for a detail-oriented Cost Executive to monitor sales expenses, verify claims, analyze costs, and prepare MIS reports. The role will ensure proper cost control and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and verify branch and sales-related expenses.
Check bills, vouchers, approvals and supporting documents.
Track transportation, fuel, distribution, schemes, discounts and incentives.
Reconcile expenses with sales reports, ERP and accounts records.
Analyze budget vs. actual sales costs and identify variances.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales cost/MIS reports.
Monitor branch-wise, route-wise and channel-wise distribution costs.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, HR and Branch teams.




Ensure proper authorization and documentation of expenses.
Support audits and report unusual or unauthorized expenses.

Requirements
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years in Finance, MIS, Cost Control or Sales Accounting.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Solid analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
