Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing estimation, BOQ, costing, billing and project cost control for all interior and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQ, estimates and project costing.
Check quantities, rates, specifications and tender documents.
Prepare client quotations and variation/extra-item costing.
Monitor project budgets and cost against BOQ.
Verify contractor/vendor measurements and bills.
Coordinate with Execution, Design, Purchase and Accounts teams.
Track material quantities, wastage and project profitability.
Manage RA bills, client billing and final accounts.
Maintain proper QS documentation and cost reports.
Lead and monitor the QS/Estimation team.

Education Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
